We strive to serve each of our customers in a fair and efficient manner by providing quality products. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, you may return them within 15 days of receipt for an exchange, credit, or refund. Please contact us at info@americanbuffing.com or call our office at 262-246-0586 for personal service.
HOW TO REPORT DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive any goods that are damaged in shipping please call our customer service department at 262-246-0586 or email us at info@americanbuffing.com. We are happy to replace the damaged goods. Please include your order number and contact information when emailing. Please note, you must save the carton for UPS inspection.
RETURNS
While we are eager to guarantee the quality of our products, all returns must be pre-approved by our customer service department. Please call us at 262-246-0586 to speak with a representative. Customer Service representatives available Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST. We will not refund items that do not have return permission from our Customer Service Department, so please call prior to shipping your items back to us.
SHIPPING
Products are usually shipped via UPS Ground Service unless you request a special shipping method. Please call us at 262-246-0586 or email us at info@americanbuffing.com to request special shipping. We are happy to use your shipping account if necessary.

Under no circumstances will American Buffing share, sell, or otherwise distribute your private information, including email address and other data, with outside organizations unless doing so is compelled by law (For example: A law enforcement investigation regarding a credit card fraudulently utilized in conjunction with the sale).
The web site stores order information to complete the order process. We collect: Credit Card Information, Address, Name and the Order Information for this purpose. This information is not shared with any third party.
